STRESS....

Today ,

It had been 4days i did'nt update my blog le haas...this few days came bakk from work quite lazy to update my blog le so did'nt update than past days by days lidat...nw then update my blog even i am tired i still have to perserve to update my blog before i go to my dreamland...(:

wake up at 9am+ today prepare to go for jogging at cck gym centre with my sis bf and his cousin haas...long time neber go jogging le , today i jog for 4 lap this is my 1st time i can jog for so long haas last time nort even 1lap jiu can't take it le cus gt gastic pain but nw won't leh so weird haas....shock that i can jog for so long , after jogging i sweat alot than i go test other equipment at the gym , after awhile than we went hm to bath then i went to work alrdy...it's was a fun day at gym today(:
